Celebrating their 50th wedding Anniversary, Leonard & Hilda Smith have chosen to share their celebration with our community with a generous gift and fund to purchase Educational & Fun equipment for teen and adults programs of The Pamela Silver-Robins Youth Centre.

There couldn't have been a better time for this. Due to this years tremendous challenge dealing with COVID-19 with health and safety, children and youth programs including the popular Camp Gan Israel depends in a big part on this project coming to fruition.

New high-end commercial-level toys and games have been ordered, purchased and are already in use. More are on the way, including a new multimedia centre for presentations, an indoor and outdoor speaker system, new and upgraded computers for the Leonard & Faigel Shapiro Computer Lab and more.

We are making learning fun with a special highlight: The GAME SHOW ROOM! We've purchased educational game show equipment that use cutting edge audio & visual educational-gaming software. These thrilling, competitive games and engaging presentations will be used immediately for camp, as well as for Hebrew School, Adult Education, CTeen and more, to teach and learn in both one-on-one and group learning!
