What is a Kiddush? We make Kiddush (a sanctification of G‑d's name) following the daily prayers, Shabbat and Holiday Services. The mitzvah of sponsoring a Kiddush is a wonderful way to honour an event, a memory, an individual or any other life-cycle event, such as a Yahrzheit of a loved one. If you would like information on what dates are available for sponsoring, please contact our office at 403-281-3770 or click here to email us. If a desired date is taken or you would like to honour a last-minute simcha, you can share the sponsorship. (Note that in case of this eventuality the original sponsor must agree to share the kiddush). When sponsoring a Kiddush our staff will help you set the most appropriate one for your needs and will assist you in understanding and staying within the boundaries of our Kashrut Policy.
